Description:   Trefoil mouth oinochoe with low flaring ring foot, flat resting surface, flat undersurface, ovoid body, cylindrical neck, trefoil mouth with rounded lip, vertical strap handle attached to shoulder and rim. Profile similar to W 5 (Corinth VII.1, p. 10, no. 26, pl. 3).
Decoration:   Black glazed overall with reserved undersurface and resting surface; set of three reserved lines below handle above max. diam.; glaze continues just inside rim. Handle reserved; on top panel with X formed by four black bars in middle framed by horizontal bars above and below; black lines along edges of handle. Body decoration similar to W 5 (Corinth VII.1, p. 10, no. 26, pl. 3), handle as CP 2177.
Material:   Fine yellow clay with rare medium sparkling inclusions, and rare medium rounded white lime inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10YR 7/6 ( yellow )
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact except for few chips on foot. Glaze worn completely on front half and poorly preserved on back half of vessel.

Findspot Description:   South of the sarcophagus and the vertical stone slab within cave - like niche of GR 2006 - 4. It was found with oinochoe C 2006 14 and one sherd from skyphos C 2006 6.
