Description:   Amphora with long, conical neck tapering to outward thickened rim separated from neck by a deep groove, vertical handle, oval in section, attached to upper neck below groove.
Writing:   dipinto. In red paint: ligature on neck, Greek: L.H. 0.045: RP. Five letters on shoulder between handles, Greek, lunate sigma and epsilon: EYCEB
Material:   Coarse very pale brown clay fired light red at core with common large to v. large red, black, white, gray, and frequent medium gold, silver mica and volcanic glass inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Surface: 10 YR 7/3 (very pale brown), Core: 2.5 YR 6/8 (light red)
Condition:   Fragment. Three joining fragments preserve all of rim, two thirds of neck, and one partial handle. Lightly preserved dipinto.
