Description:   Dish or plate, Hayes LRC Form 5a. Everted, broad horizontal rim, slightly concave on top and convex rounded on the bottom, thickening to bevelled lip. Flared convex walls, beginning to turn inward more sharply at break (closer to Form 5.2, LRP fig. 70). Parallel, horizontal lightly incised ridges on interior, from wheel throwing or application of slip?
Decoration:   Red slip over all.
Material:   Medium hard, fine reddish yellow clay, some platey voids, micaceous, very thin flakey slip darker and redder than matrix
Munsell Color:   Core: 5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow); slip: 2.5YR 6/6 (light red)
Condition:   Fragment. 1 fragment. 10% of rim diameter, upper part of body. Slip worn along edges and darkened on outer lip.
