Description:   Hayes Late Roman C Form 3F, small variant. Low, vertical rim with rounded and tapered top, outward sloping exterior face, protruding flange with almost convex underside transitioning smoothly into wall. Flared straight walls. False foot, with center cut out.
Decoration:   Red slip over all. Faint combed horizontal grooves on exterior rim
Material:   Hard light red clay, few white and black inclusions and few striated voids, very faint blotchy slip of irregular thickness, especially appearing around rim and under base
Munsell Color:   Core: 2.5YR 6/6 (light red), Slip: 2.5YR 5/6 (red)
Condition:   Complete profile. 4 fragments, with 1 rim, 2 bases, 1 bs, joining.
