Description:   Wide kotyle with high-flaring body incurving at rim, horizontal rolled handles, high and heavy ring foot.
Decoration:   Black figure style. One horizontal band at lip and a line below; handle zone decorated with vertical wavy lines. Animal frieze bordered by double bands: panther, r., goat, l., panther, l. Thin rays at base. Inner and outer edges of foot glazed; resting surface reserved; undersurface reserved except for two concentric band around a central dot. Interior painted solid except a reserved band along the rim. Handles reserved. Filling ornaments: large spoked rosettes with double incised center, spoked rosettes, large and small blobs with parallel incised lines, spots. Applied purple on neck, chest, belly, ribs and haunch of panthers, on nech, belly, ribs, haunch of goat. Elongated dachshund animals, careless drawing.
Material:   Hard-fired buff clay. Brownish black paint, applied purple.
Munsell Color:   from 10 YR 8/3 (very pale brown) to 7.5 YR 7/3 (pink)
Condition:   Complete or intact. Missing one handle, few fragments from body. Restored.
Period:   Middle Corinthian (595/590-570)
