Description:   Lateral sima with flat pan tile and soffit, low fascia base moulding, inset vertical panel decorated in high relief with acanthus spray: stalk, fluted vertically, rising from leaf at bottom, to rt. two tendrils of same size curling to lt. and rt. of spirally fluted stem; each tendril consisting of two convex coils, curled only once. Leaf unfurls to rt., flower hangs down vertically, consisting of 2 horizontal petals and a vertically scored bud. Side joint smooth.
Material:   Coarse buff-tan clay fired pink at core with many fine to coarse red inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Between 7.5YR 7/4 and 10YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving soffit to upper part of panel, right joint, side of spout at left break.
