Description:   Type XXVII lamp with broad flat rim, ring surrounding deerp concave disk with small fill hole at 9:00; raised panel around nozzle, small wick hole. Surface of disk covered with tiny bubbles from plaster mould.
Decoration:   Rim: panels, ovules; disk: male standing frontally with lt. leg in profile, holding hook like implement in rt. out to side, lt. holding head of Gorgo; wears short garment.
Mythology:   Gorgo Perseus
Material:   Fine buff clay with frequent fine black and sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Roughly between 7.5YR 7/6 and 10YR 7/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., complete disk with edge of rim, part of nozzle to edge of wick hole. Burning on nozzle.
