Description:   Lamp with broad low-sloping rim, 2 grooves and rings surrounding concave disk with fill hole at 3:00. Air hole at edge of disk. Lug handle partly punched but not pierced through.
Decoration:   Rim: pairs of spirals separated by dots and by panels. disk: bust of man in profile to lt., wearing either Phrygian cap or turban with knot at top, draped, carrying double axe. 3 grooves on handle. Dull purplish glaze over all.
Material:   Fine brown clay with rare fine angular black inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 5/4 Slip: near 5YR 5/4
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., ca. 1/2 rim, all of disk, most of top of handle.
