Description:   Lamp with vestigial base ring, straight flaring body, pronounced mould seam, broad flat rim, shallow concave disk offset by vestigial plastic ring, 2 filling holes aligned horizontally, small air hole at edge of disk, nozzle enclosed in body with large wick hole, solid lug handle with pronounced joint.
Decoration:   Rim: herringbone; disk: diagonal cross with vertical bar, 2 grooves on handle top.
Writing:   inscribed. Inscribed on bottom, Greek: XIO/NHS
Material:   Light red-brown clay with occasional tiny white and sparkling inclusions.
Munsell Color:   Redder than 7.5YR 5/5
Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact. Burning on nozzle.
