Description:   Lamp with flat bottom, convex flaring body, heavy mould joint, broad flat rim with groove on exterior and 2 framing disk, concave disk with central fill hole, air hole at edge of disk, articulated nozzle with large wick hole. Solid lug handle top of which smeared.
Decoration:   Bottom: incised 11-petal rosette in a circle, surrounded by herringbone. Rim: impressed circles alternating with crosses, becoming herringbone at base of nozzle; disk: wavy lines impressed at edge only; 2 incised lines framing nozzle. Handle: 2 grooves on top, two rows of dots on lower half; at base, 3 impressed circles to either side, 3 incised lines framing either side of underside of nozzle with 3 impressed circles on nozzle bottom itself.
Material:   Hard-fired semi-fine red-brown clay with frequent fine to small white lime inclusions, at least 1 red, some sparkling.

Condition:   Complete or intact. Intact. Burning on nozzle.
