Description:   Mouldmade lamp with relief disk. Broad flat base ring with plain recessed interior. Strongly curved bodywith vertical wall meeting rim. Broad plain band on rim with wide, sloping ring inside it. Rest of disk missing. Two nozzles with double volutes have unusually angular underside. Nozzle set slightlybelow level of rim. Volutes continue halfway down wall.Base of double handmade handle preserved. For generalform of top but with different nozzle cf. Agora VIIN7P72 Pl. 1, probably of same fabric.
Decoration:   Ovolo on sloping ring inside disk (turned inwards). Fugitive reddish yellow slip on exterior and most of interior.
Material:   Very soft reddish yellow clay with occasional tiny white inclusions and 1-2 voids; surface powdery.
Munsell Color:   Clay : 7.5YR 7/6 , Slip 5YR 6/6
Condition:   Fragment. 8 joining frgts., ca. half body, one complete nozzle, most of base ring. Burning around wickhole.
