Description:   Terracotta solid handmade dancer from group moving in circle with arms joined around central standing flutist. Dancer has thick wide strip of clay applied around front of head as polos tilted down on rt, thin clay overfold from back to front as head with protrusion at back, roughly semi-circular face, short wide neck attached to upper body with rounded join over chest, flattened chest, long flat strip arms stretching toward other dancers, and body oval in section. All front features pushed together. Very rough back. Similar to KT2-11 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 8 pl. 4) and KT2-7, 8, 9, 10 (Corinth XV.2 Class II p. 43 no. 4-7 pl. 4).

Munsell Color:   Clay: 7.5YR 7/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Single piece preserving dancer from head to chest. Missing most of rt and all of lt arm. Traces of white slip.
