Description:   Mouldmade terracotta figurine of seated figure, probably a boy, seated on a block bench or seat in relaxed pose, legs apart, left hand clutching drapery against base, right hand resting on right thigh. Folds of drapery on base between legs and on either side of arms. Left arm covered with drapery. Seat is uneven rectangular block, sloping out at back edge. Figurine hollow. See MF-13455 (according to Corinth 18.4).
Material:   Fine reddish yellow clay with frequent micaceous inclusions, few small rounded spherical inclusions, frequent very small rounded spherical voids.
Munsell Color:   5YR 6/6 (reddish yellow)
Condition:   Fragment. Two joining frgts., preserving lower torso, seat, lower left arm, right hand; legs.
Period:   Classical
Chronology:   5th to early 4th c. BC
Findspot Description:   Acrocorinth Sanctuary of Demeter and Kore, Pottery dump west of Wall 17, -00.35 to 00.90 m. below surface
