Description:   Over life-size finger, possibly middle finger of rt. hand; finger very gently flexed; pinned at bottom to hand, hole D00.004; faint creases denoting joints on outside of finger, incised creases on inside; along lt. side rt. break L00.022, W00.009, where adjacent finger attached, below which oblique rasp or point strokes; on rt. side, break where attached to other finger from lower joint to base of finger. Surfaces carefully smoothed.
Material:   Fine-crystalled sparkling white marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., broken at lower joint, preserving lower two joints, start of top joint.
