Description:   Under life-size statue of draped female, standing with weight on lt. leg, rt. leg lightly flexed. Wears peplos which is pulled by leg, forming 2 counter-curved folds to outside of knee, a thin flat projecting fold running down axis of leg below knee, and two very soft low diagonal folds along rt. side of calf; projection for fold to proper lt. of calf; to proper rt. of leg, one vertical fold flattened against leg, and projection for additional fold(s) behnd that. Shallow, narrow drill channel in upper counter-curved fold, another running along inside of fold flattened against rt. leg; surface lightly polished.
Material:   Very fine crystalled white marble.
Condition:   Fragment. Single frgt., preserving right leg from lower thigh to below calf; surface broken away down front from top to below knee; lt . Side broken away completely; broken at proper rt. Along drapery; broken in back.
