The heads belong to winged sphinxes with horses' bodies. (The bottom of the dress, on our fragment, thus belongs to the upper register.) Found in Anavissos. Added white on head and wing of sphinxes; and incision on mane and rump, on the Vlastos piece. He dates in late 8th. c.
