| African Red Slip Ware. Fairly fine reddish-brown clay; orange glaze inside and out. A narrow band of rouletting around the wide, flaring rim. One side of the bowl burned very dark.

Mended from three pieces. From a shallow bowl with low ring foot, convex outward flaring side wall and flat rim.
Gritty pink clay, good red glaze, much pitted.
