Oval in shape. Base set off from wall which slopes outward. Ledge inside for supporting lamp. Open spout for supporting nozzle. Rounded handle projects high above plain rim.

Globular body, thick base, added pierced lug. Base reserved. Scraped groove around filling hole.
Dull black to reddish-brown glaze.

Complete but considerably cracked. Curving, steep wall; sharply downturned lip. Heavy loop handles pressed close to rim. Low ring foot. Interior covered with glaze wash. Exterior unglazed.
