Description: | About one quarter of rim, upper surface and a part of side preserved. Wide raised inner rim, sloping inward, as type V; outer edge of rim projecting at side, as type II. Heavy glaze, fired reddish in spots on side and top with wide reserved band on top just outside raised rim. Interior, unglazed. On side, traces of attachment of broad strap handle. Type V (?) of Corinth collection, type 16 variant of Agora collection. Cf. Box 326. | |
