Description: | Fragment from shoulder and upper wall; a single mastos remains, set well below the shoulder curve and modelled by paring. It is reserved and shows traces of reddening. Tongue pattern on the shoulder, the tongues broader than in the other examples of this series. Beside and below the mastos are the heads and upper forequarters of four horses, right. Relief contours throughout (except for the manes). Note the heart-shaped pole ornament, filled in with brown; the collars also are filled in, and the eyes, these lighter. Excellent glaze.
