Description: | Much of body and fragments of lip missing; restored in plaster. Ovoid body with point of maximum diameter above middle; ring foot. No marked shoulder. Tall neck, very narrow at base, bulbous above. Plain everted lip, vertical ribbed band handle, from well down on neck. Light ribbing at top and base of neck and on shoulder. Below lower handle attachment a zone of oblique gouging. Soft slightly micaceous orange clay with bits. | |
