Description: | Many fragments preserve part of rim, upper body and one handle. Restored in plaster. Small kantharos with straight upper wall, inclined slightly; vertical band handle with mask for thumb-rest and spur on lower side. Groove above and below decorated zone. Decorated handle zone in clay paint and thick white: long concentric rectangles with dot at center, alternating with narrow white and black checkerboard panels. Dull black glaze over all. Cf.
