Title:   Head of Female Figure in Helmet: Athena

Description:   Left side of head missing. Face complete except for nose, chin and break above left eye. Surfaces badly worn.
Cuttings on crown of head and right side for attaching helmet. Also end of a small circular cutting in back at bottom for a dowel to attach the head to the body.
Pentelic marble.

Context:   Byzantine fill.
