Notes: | Structure 23 is the NW pier base of the church. This structure was previously excavated during the 1990 field season (see NB 831, Basket 38, pp. 52-3. This structure has not been fully excavated because work is ongoing inside the church. The pier base is a monolithic limestone block measuring 1.20m in length and 0.72m in width. Later notes: The SE corner of this structure is visible in the scarp of grave 2014-06 in cut 137 to a depth of 0.43m. The full depth will need to be determined through future excavation within the church. | |
