Decoration: | Fine buff slip. Glaze is fired black to brown. Brownish red paint. On body, black band, black teardrop-shaped blob buds. Red, black, red lines at junction with shoulder. On shoulder, black diagonal and horizontal palmettes with radiating leaves between them. Handles apparently decorated with black dots. Two closely spaced black bands on rim. | |
