| Most of the neck and handle and shoulder preserved, mended from several pieces. Two mastoi (one chipped) on shoulder curve at front. Very light moulded ridge at junction of neck and shoulder.

| The features are entirely obliterated, and the surface, calcined, is preserved only in hollow between neck and face, and at top of head.
